A friend was using full spectrum lights. One time when he wasn’t home, I turned the light on and stood under it, just to see what it would feel like. It was great. All these knots in my chest, I hadn’t even known were there, began to dissolve and melt away. Outside it was gray and rainy, but I was in the sun!

Clear like daylight-only in a fairy dell in the passing twilight would you have such bright and clear vision as you do with a bulb like this. Use one, and become a believer in fairies!
