CRI means Color Rendering Index. Sunshine is always 100 CRI. Full spectrum lights have a CRI of 89 or better. Full Spectrum is a generic term. I use it only for bulbs that have a CRI greater than 89.
Kelvin is a term, which defines the color of light. Spring colors have a Kelvin ranging from 2,700 Kelvin to 3,200 Kelvin, the color most commonly used in standard and quartz halogen bulbs. High noon July is 5000 Kelvin. September light is in the 5500 - 5700 Kelvin range.
The Kelvin, or color of light, is a matter of preference. High CRI (over 89) makes the color of a lamp full-spectrum.
The term daylight is used for bulbs in the 6000 - 6700 Kelvin range. Low CRI Plant lights have a Kelvin on 7500.
